INDUSTRIAL TAGS AND PLATES

Direct digital. Full colour. Inside the aluminium.

Most industrial marking systems apply the mark to the surface. Engraving cuts into it. Screen printing sits on top. Photo anodising relies on a photographic process with constraints on colour and resolution.

ENDURALOX® is different in its foundation

The image is printed digitally into the open anodic structure of the aluminium at up to 2800 DPI.

Full colour. Unlimited artwork.

The anodising process is then finalised, sealing the pores and locking the image beneath the surface.

No surface layer. No separate process. No failure point between the mark and the material.

Manufactured using premium European AlMg alloys engineered for controlled anodising, the finished material features every attribute of anodised aluminium:

  • Corrosion resistance

  • Chemical resistance

  • Abrasion resistance

  • Graffiti resistance

No peeling, no flaking, no chalking, no edge lift.
Nothing to delaminate. A single material system.

What that means for your supply

Serial numbers, barcodes, data matrices, QR codes, logos, diagrams and compliance information reproduced with precision and protected beneath the anodised surface.

Available across multiple thicknesses. CNC milled, edge finished, holes drilled to requirement. Ready to supply.

Where ENDURALOX® gets specified

Compliance plates, data plates, asset tags, nameplates, machine identification plates, rating plates, serial number plates, calibration tags, UID plates, inspection and certification tags.
