ARCHITECTURAL AND DECORATIVE

High-resolution imagery integrated into anodised aluminium

ENDURALOX® enables architectural and decorative applications to incorporate detailed imagery directly into anodised aluminium without surface-applied coatings, films or laminates. It is selected for projects where visual quality, material integrity and long-term performance must coexist.

What is it?

ENDURALOX® is an engineered direct print anodised aluminium process.

Imagery is digitally printed into the open pore structure of anodised aluminium and then sealed.
The image is contained within the anodised layer itself, rather than applied to the surface.

The finished panel behaves as anodised aluminium, with the visual information protected as part of the material structure.

Why is it different?

No surface-applied decoration: ENDURALOX® does not rely on paints, vinyls, laminates or clear coats. There is no decorative layer sitting above the aluminium.

Image contained within the anodised layer: Because the image resides within the anodised structure and is sealed, it is protected from routine cleaning, handling and environmental exposure in ways surface-applied graphics are not.

Engineered as a system: Alloy selection, anodising parameters, print method and sealing conditions are deliberately controlled to work together as a single process, delivering consistent visual and material outcomes.

Architectural finish quality: The sealed anodised surface delivers a refined, matte metallic appearance suitable for design-led environments.

Why is it chosen?

ENDURALOX® is specified where designers want detailed imagery on aluminium without relying on surface-applied finishes that age differently from the substrate.

By integrating imagery into the anodised layer, it avoids many of the failure modes associated with coatings and films, while maintaining clarity, consistency and material honesty under real-world conditions.

It is a considered option for architectural and decorative projects where durability and design intent must align.

Typical Applications

Architectural panels and facades (non-structural): Decorative aluminium panels incorporating imagery for building exteriors and interiors.

Partitions and screens: Decorative aluminium panels used as partitions in offices and contemporary spaces.

Feature walls and decorative surfaces: Graphic, patterned, or photographic wall installations for retail, hospitality, and high-end interiors.

Retail and commercial interiors: Brand-led panels and visual elements requiring consistency and durability in public-facing environments.

Splashbacks and wall linings: Cleanable aluminium panels for kitchens, bars and food service environments.

Photographic and curated installations: High-resolution aluminium panels for galleries, public spaces and curated architectural settings.

Large-format wall installations

ENDURALOX® supports large-format architectural installations using aluminium or ACM mineral core (FR) panels. Multi-panel layouts can be aligned and interlocked to create continuous visual surfaces incorporating imagery, texture or photography. This allows scale and visual impact to be achieved without introducing surface-applied decorative layers.

These installations are suited to interior and exterior architectural environments where durability, precision and consistency across panels are required.

ENDURALOX® architectural and decorative panels are used in both interior and exterior environments where exposure to cleaning, handling, weather and public interaction is expected.

The embedded image and sealed anodised surface support long-term visual clarity and a consistent appearance across varied architectural settings.
